Recruitment Process

A pre-selection is made by looking at the required competencies of the position among the candidates who act in customer-focused way, are open to learning and change, keep up with current technology and innovations and have teamwork skills. Candidates who meet the necessary requirements first meet with the human resources department and then the related division manager. Then after the application of the personality inventory used on the recruitment side and the reference check, the job offer is made to the candidate.

Working Conditions

Wage Management

In order to ensure a fair and balanced distribution of the wages of our employees, job evaluation is made and the grade system is applied by measuring the value added of each position to the company. This system ensures to balance the wage differences so as to motivate all employees within the body of Telcoset and allows us to compare accurately with the market.

Performance management outcomes are reflected in wages. Inflation adjustment is carried out once a year. Wages are paid as 12 gross salaries.


Health insurance, food and transportation services are provided to all employees by Telcoset. Company car is allocated for some positions.

Working Hours

Regular working time is 45 hours a week. Working hours are between 08:30 a.m. and 06:00 p.m., from Monday to Friday.
