PC-Server-Peripherals Maintenance / Support is the technical support services provided in accordance with certain service levels so that the PC, Server and peripheral products (printers, scanners, etc.) included in the customers' IT infrastructure are installed and operated in compliance with the standards and in an end-to-end manner. They are operated/managed on basis of call and service level (24/7, intervention in 2 hours + solution in 4 hours etc.). Basically, the scope of the service is that to eliminate any hardware problems in server, PC, network and printer systems and any problems occurred on operating systems run on such hardware and/or software are to be eliminated and ensure the related system to function properly.
