The Call Center Service is the first point where end-users / device owners submit their requests and demands for warranty services. The "interface" between the end user / device owner and other divisions of the Warranty Services (repair center, logistics, proposal, invoicing, etc.) is the Call Center. It is one of the main functions of the Call Center to answer any incoming call within the defined service levels, record it to the call management system, direct it to the related division, inform the user about the known and general problems or solve the problem by transferring to the support personnel and report the actions carried out.
