These are services provided in comfortable point of receipt created for the customers who wish to deliver their defective products by hand, instead of by cargo and receive their repaired products by hand at points of Telcoset repair centers or close to repair centers. The registration of the defective product in the call management system, data approval, receipt of documents such as the delivery form from the device owner, directing the same to the relevant divisions in the repair center, offering different service options such as selling extended warranty packages to the customers visiting to deliver a defective product in cases defined in the processes, delivering the repaired device to the customer as in the manner registered in the system, submitting for approval and keeping the related service forms are the basic components of this service.
