On-Site Repair

On-site repair is the on-site support service provided by Telcoset technical personnel within the scope of the intervention and solution periods of time specified in the contract, by accessing the location of the customer in the field, at the customer location of the defective product after the transmission of the problem. Depending on the workflows defined in the contract, Telcoset can make the first response and diagnosis to the problems in the field via remote access. If it is possible, it can try to remedy the problem remotely with a tier one support.
