Tier 0 Support Services

It is the service that includes responding any problem calls from the end users of the customer or informed through call center, registering the problems in helpdesk system and directing it to the relevant divisions for solution.

 

Tier 1 Support Services

It is to try to solve the problem by providing support on the phone if necessary using remote access tools, for the calls of end users of the customer or directed from the call center.  The customer is provided with "Remote" support. It includes the following elements:

  • Diagnosing the Problem,
  • Telephone Intervention,
  • Remote Intervention for Troubleshooting Purpose
