Operation Services
Proactive Monitoring and Reporting is the technical support services provided remotely and on-site in accordance with certain service levels by utilizing remote network monitoring software so that the network products (router, switch, modem, AP, Voice GW, IP Phone etc.) included in customers' local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) infrastructures are to be operated and maintained in compliance with standards to eliminate hardware and software problems and enable the system function properly. They are operated/managed as call-based and on service level basis.
Proactive Monitoring
It is the problem solving service by remotely connecting (Internet or VPN) to the customer's locations provided service, establishing an automatic call in case of problem or monitoring the working hours and instant status etc. and ensuring the operation team to intervene within the framework of specified service.
Proactive Reporting
It is the service of analyzing both reports of network devices and reports of calls by way of monthly reports and submitting them monthly in a format agreed with the customer.
