Network Security Specialist

Telcoset, established in 2003, is among the pioneering information technology companies in Turkey, offering system integration solutions, managed services, support services, and data center infrastructure consultancy. With our experienced and competent team, we provide end-to-end services to our corporate clients in their digital transformation journeys with our network solutions, enterprise system solutions, data center infrastructure solutions, and multi-cloud solutions.

We are currently seeking a colleague for the position of Network Security Specialist with the following qualifications:

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduated from Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Electronics Engineering, or related departments,
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with at least one or more of Fortigate, Palo Alto, Cisco, and F5 products,
  • Holding certifications related to one or more security products,
  • Completed Fortigate NSE or equivalent level exams of similar manufacturers with practical experience,
  • Theoretical knowledge and experience in network security systems such as Firewall, VPN, WAF, DNS, SSL VPN, IPS&IDS, DDoS, SDWAN, and ZTNA,
  • Experienced in project management and teamwork,
  • Fast learner and problem solver,
  • Sufficient level of proficiency in English,
  • Preferably possessing a class B driver’s license and having active driving experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Defining, designing, implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting network security infrastructure,
  • Supporting sales teams in pre-sales and post-sales activities,
  • Providing remote or on-site support for security infrastructure problems within customer service SLA periods,
  • Identifying and resolving problems promptly or seeking support through the relevant manufacturer’s TAC during the warranty period,
  • Ensuring necessary coordination with other teams,
  • Preparing technical reports on a monthly, weekly, and daily basis if necessary,
  • Participating in the installation of new technologies and services.

Network Specialist

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency in Routing&Switching topics,
  • Preferably holding certifications such as CCNA, CCNP,
  • Proficient in English,
  • Following evolving technologies,
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills,
  • Strong communication and customer relationship skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Performing operations and installations of LAN, WLAN, WAN networks for our customers within the scope of agreements,
  • Responsible for managing wired and wireless network technologies for our customers,
  • Providing support within service SLA periods,
  • Ensuring necessary coordination with other teams,
  • Preparing necessary reports on a monthly, weekly, and daily basis,
  • Participating in the installation of new technologies and services,
  • Identifying and resolving problems promptly and seeking support from the manufacturer during the warranty period,
  • Intervening in hardware problems that may occur in devices to resolve them,
  • Tracking customer faults and problems in the project and fault tracking system,
  • Ensuring the installation of local network equipment and servers that enable the operation of wired and wireless network operations together with operational colleagues.

System Support Specialist

We are currently seeking a colleague for the position of System Support Specialist with the following qualifications:

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 3 years of experience in system integration,
  • Ability to troubleshoot Active Directory structures,
  • Experience in Microsoft Exchange installation and migration processes,
  • Knowledge and experience in DNS management,
  • Experienced in Exchange online management,
  • Experienced in FileServer, IIS, Terminal Server topics,
  • Ability to troubleshoot server and storage products,
  • Proficiency in using Veeam Backup & Replication product effectively and solving problems,
  • Experienced in implementing new system architectures and optimizing existing structures.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Optimizing data center operations,
  • Resolving server failures and/or issues,
  • System integration management,
  • Installation and problem-solving of high availability (HA) Cluster architecture structures on virtualization (VMWare, Hyper-V) infrastructure.
