Pursuant to the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVK Law”), your personal data, including any information that makes your identity specific or identifiable and your sensitive personal data, may be processed by Telcoset İleri Teknoloji Stratejik İş Geliştirme Danışmanlık A.Ş. (“Company”) as the data controller.

Processing of personal data refers to all kinds of operations performed on personal data such as obtaining, recording, storing, storing, preserving, changing, rearranging, disclosing, transferring, classifying, or preventing the use of personal data.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

The aforementioned data you have shared with us, within the scope of meeting the relevant legislation and legal qualifications; It may be transferred to companies affiliated to the Group of Companies, our partner companies, domestic / foreign / international, public / private institutions and organizations, companies providing certification, foreign real or legal persons within the scope of your explicit consent.

Method of Collecting Your Personal Data

Within the scope of the employment contract you have made with our company, it is collected within the scope of your personal file based on the Labor Law, Collective Labor Agreement Legislation, Social Insurance Legislation, Civil Code, Code of Obligations.

Your Rights Listed in Article 11 of the KVK Law

As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company by the methods set out below in this Clarification Text, our Company will finalize the request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if a fee is stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Board, the fee in the tariff determined by our Company will be charged.

In this context, regarding your personal data

a) To learn whether personal data is being processed,

b) Requesting information if personal data has been processed,

c) To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,

ç) To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,

1. d) To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
2. e) Although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the KVK Law and other relevant laws, to request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing disappear and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
3. f) To object to the emergence of a result to the detriment of the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

g) In case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, you have the right to demand the compensation of the damage.

Data Controller and Data Subject Information Request Methods

Pursuant to the KVK Law, you can submit your request to exercise your rights mentioned above to our Company in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board and through the channels specified below.

As a data subject, you are required to submit your claims in writing to our Company by providing the necessary documents identifying your identity. In this context, in order to manage the applications you will make to our Company within the scope of Article 11 of the KVK Law in a healthy and fast manner, you must submit the documents / information that may be requested according to your request and the necessary documents identifying your identity by hand or by mail.

In addition, the person concerned can send his/her information request to telcoset@hs02.kep.tr with a secure electronic signature or as an online user (if you have a registered e-mail address of the company) via kvkk@telcoset.com.tr.
