General Qualifications and Job Description

We are looking for colleagues who will work as System Support Experts/Admin for our many different and leading clients operating in various sectors in Turkey such as Banking, Finance, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, Telecommunication, Securities, Insurance, Automotive, Aviation and Construction.

Qualifications

  • Employees must at least be graduates of technical high-schools and vocational schools with a degree in related fields,
  • Preferably English speakers
  • Experienced in PC hardware and client operating systems (Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10),
  • Knowledge of office software,
  • Knowledge of peripherals,
  • Knowledge of network systems and cabling,
  • Strong interpersonal skills, good at team-working,

Job Description

  • Providing Level 1 support for service inventory,
  • Providing desktop systems support to end users (installation, configuration, troubleshooting),
  • Providing on-premises support to workers over the telephone,
  • Providing support to Network Devices (Switch, Wireless Access Point etc.),
  • Escalating issues that cannot be solved to the support teams, problems that
  • Documenting the completed work and reporting it to superiors,
  • Taking and keeping up-to-date inventory of computers, printers and systems within the company,
  • Simple level cabling (local cabling up to 3 meters and solving problems),
  • Communicating with companies that support third party software,
  • Communicating with companies that provide call-center support,
  • Communicating with the company that provides call-center support,
  • Making simple cabling and socket connections of devices such as RJ11, RJ45, telephones, Ethernet, etc.
